Eating once a day, as in one meal during the evening (can work) but only if you’re not training in cardio, or an endurance athlete-that’s just silly!
If we do only, weight training and fasted cardio in the evenings, can train during the day/morning, we can still take proteins in shake format to ensure we get nutrients to help posy workout, but; we should still eat in the evenings after (if we are still following the 1 meal a day) idea.
